Unsweetened Concord juice is really good.
Steam it, can it, and drink it in the concentrated form. Ideally, microwave it to around 110 degrees or so, and pair it with a good farmer's cheese. Warm concentrated unsweetened grape juice is an awesome drink, and can just be sipped. It doesn't have to be guzzled to be enjoyed.
