Side observation about Kelly Hogan and Dr. Berry. Both have made the comment that you don't need to spend a penny to access the information you need to improve your health. Kelly Hogan is not my demographic, but I've seen a fare amount of her content, and on one video she asked that people NOT feel the need to join one of her paid groups and pointed out sources of free online education re nutrition. There is so much demand for personal advice and coaching that she can't just give that much of her time away without compensation. I believe it was Ken Berry who said, partially in jest, that a majority of SAD consumers could improve their health parameters by living off of hot dogs from China-mart. | |
