Subject: RE: New tires and the Tahoe wanders

Southern Iowa
I learned the hard way, cheap tires are cheap for a reason.

Need to consider what is safe or not safe to go cheap semi steer or a old beat up pickup that only goes 20 miles or so in a trip but sees a lot of use.

Maybe the alignment is off a bit?

Were the new tires balanced? Maybe a weight fell off?

Heck, I got a new set of tires once on a work pickup. Something seemed odd driving afterwards. Ended up being about 7 psi difference across the 4 new tires.
