I have never tried to do that here. To do it, you would have to have both the thumbnail and the larger picture on a web server. If it can be done, it would have to be done using the "Tree icon" on the html editor. There are a lot of options there. I don't know if you can made the picture a hot link of not. After a quick look, I don't see any link parameters in the dialog.
