SCIA | I started 3 months ago. My MD said my BP was to high, either I get it down or take meds, five months ago. He said 30 minutes cardio a day. I could only do ten to fifteen minutes- 2 to 3.5 miles and was winded. I am now up to 35 to 40 miles a week, in 5-6 mornings, BP dropped from 170ish over 125, to 110/125 over 65/75.
So, did the NO supplement or the cardio do this, or both?
My personal opinion is both, as with out the NO supplement, I would NOT be able to do the distances/cardio that I am now able to do. | |
