South Central MN | Have you tried Metamucil to lower your cholesterol? I started taking it after a friend’s internal medicine doctor recommended it for him when he was resistant to taking a statin. My friend’s total cholesterol lowered by 50. Mine lowered by 95 in two months, but I also added exercise (especially walking) after my knee replacement. I take three Metamucil gummies daily. | |
