Liberty itself almost acts like soap in the wind and kind of likes to take off too, so that might be that effect that you are seeing.
Makes it worthwhile to use interlock or an adjuvant to cut that down a ton as well. (Generally, interlock/etc are usually toted to reduce those driftable fines by ~40%)
