While you likely have no financial risk due to their mistake, get ahold of the company on Monday to inform them of the error. Depending on how they feel, they may cut you a deal on the second shipment, or they will just put it back in their inventory after the tank returns. Sometimes they will sample test returned semen to make sure it is still good, and their willingness to discount depends on the time and cost associated with that process. Good luck! | |
