Usually even in the driest of years we had enough moisture to get things going because the wheat stopped using real moisture a month before harvest.  We never wondered if we were gonna plant a double crop, we always bought the seed and planted it.  We also never insured our double crop and somehow we made it ;).  

What would i do?  Plant.
