been using a jd 452 drill.7.5 inches. not happy with the stands. very much a spill. cant seem to get accurate depth, especially behind tractor tires. been thinking of getting bean meters for my 7000. how much of a hit would i take going to 30 inch rows?

Won't be any hit if you're improving spacing and depth control. I'd highly suggest trying it. Make sure you get a radial bean meter and not the old style bean cups, they are controlled spill as well
