Embarrass WI
I struggled with my Schulte batwing a few years ago, couldn't get it to fold all the way. Was able to talk to a Schulte rep at a farm show and he told me that I had twisted driveshafts. I thought he was nuts, but he was right. Got 2 new PTO shaft sliding sections and all was right again.

Edit-I ordered the shafts from a Schulte dealer, I found out after it was too late that I could have got them faster and MUCH cheaper from A&I.

I'm sure it's not just Schulte--but it's important to make sure that the slip clutches can and will slip before you start using it for the year. It takes a lot less time to loosen the slip clutches and shine them up a bit than it does to repair the damage from not doing that.
