If it doesn't, something is wrong with it. If 2250 psi is going through the hose, it doesn't care what it's hooked to. If he was referring to running the vacuum at the same time as trying to raise the planter, it should be fine unless it's set improperly. This has been beaten to death this spring, so I'll leave it alone. It can be done.
