Go to the Task Manager and select the Startup tab. You will see a list of processes that start when you boot up. Disable what you know you don't need.

NOTE: IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS, DON'T DISABLE IT.
Leave it alone until you are very sure that it's bloatware or something else you know you don't need.
