Subject: Deere RTK Self Test -- How to interpret???

central IL
What can I learn from the RTK radio Self Test shown in the photo? My tractor was 1.4 miles from grain elevator with my dealer's RTK 450 base "tower" and I had line-of-sight to the top half of the elevator. I had waited for the RTK to lock in (took 65 seconds this time), and then I clicked on Diagnostics / Radio Self Test.

Is Average Noise of 63 good or bad?
Is Average Signal of 0 good or bad?

Seems like questions for my dealer, right? I emailed the same picture and questions to my dealer tech last week and got no reply. So I'm asking the internet.
