Yes, I'm sure. My guesstimated farmer interpretation: the self-test appears to "reset" the radio every few seconds. Each of those resets starts an "update", which the self test screen counts. My photo shows 16 updates because the Self Test had been running for a couple minutes when I took the photo. If the tractor's receiver doesn't lock in to the tower during those few seconds, then Distance defaults to that huge number and Signal is 0 if not locked in.

The official Deere documentation that I found says the following about Average Noise Level:
105 ~ 120 is Good
95 ~ 105 is Fair
80 ~ 95 is Poor
"Values in Fair or Poor range indicate radio interference."
