Yeah I did the math too. This particular line wasn't terrible. Another line was off by 4" over a half mile. That stacks up when you have multiple neighboring fields that are all stacked up trying to use this same heading.
Agleader is saying it's a rounding error somewhere internally but that the unit is operating "correctly". To me, it isn't correct until the output line matches the input angle.
