I will second the new tip for helping clean up your cuts. O2 pressure is also a little on the low side. 35-40 psi is good but 28 is a little low. 7 psi of Acetelene is enough to cut about 2" of steel. 5 psi is more than enough for a #1 tip.
What am I doing wrong.
