Yes I meant cut a wrapped.  If you we do the math on it a 833lb hanging weight gets you roughly 500lbs of cut and wrapped meat if we use $6/lb on the hanging weight it is $5000.  That would equal $10/lb for everything.  Again seems out of line.  Close to half of that is hamburger.
