Close but not exactly right.
You need 4 things, Spark, fuel, compression and timing.
I was trying to resist the urge to make a joke but with the V 8-6-4 just stick a rag in the gas tank and light it. They were a sick joke 25 plus years ago when I worked at a Cadilac dealer and have gotten no better with time. I never saw one back then that the cylinder shut down was still functional.
