When we built our house we considered the spray foam. My BIL who builds houses in Sioux Falls said they recomend a freah air inlet or something like that on the furnace. Between the cost of that and the higher cost of the spray insulation, we decided to use fiberglass bats in the walls and cellulose on the attic. We're happy with it so far.
