SW Minnesota | Is Icynene more flexible than closed cell.Last winter I saw an old barn that was converted to a winery. There were a bunch of places where the closed cell was cracked. I wasn't falling off but I sure didn't like the looks of it. I have a bi-fold door in my shop that I need to insulate so I want to use spray foam. I am planning on using Icynene. Has any one seen this crack? The ones I've heard haven't had problems. The closed cell contractor I talked sure talked down open cell foam. This makes me even more suspicious of closed cell. I have enough room to put either open or closed in the walls and door. | |
