Subject: Re: planter monitor headaches

We have had the same problem with our KPM 3000 for about 3 years. Sent off box and all of the sensors to Ag Express this winter, the box checked out fine and about half of the sensors were bad. Replaced all of the bad sensors and started planting this spring, worked fine for a while and started doing the same thing all over. It was always the old sensors that were giving problems, cleaning did not help. I have now replaced all of the OLD sensors with NEW ones from Ag Express and it is working fine. I think the the sensors that I had been getting from my Kinze dealer were bad when they were new.
