I would suggest the Edge Juice with Attitude for your truck.  That will give you on the go adjustability up to 120hp over stock and it has built in gauges to monitor most functions on the truck, it will even detune the engine if EGTs or engine temps get too hot.  I have the Edge comp on my '99 which is the same tuning but without the gauges and on the level 2 (60hp over stock) my EGTs have dropped about 200 degrees when towing and it has alot more low end torque.  My truck is an automatic and I don't run any more power to protect the transmission and you will find that you'll be able to slip the clutch pretty easy if you go higher than that and aren't careful.  I am running a FASS lift pump on my truck and can't pull it below 21 psi of fuel pressure.  I also have a 4" exhaust and a bigger than stock air filter.
