Pittsburg, Kansas | I was raised in a well done family and was that way till I met my current wife. She over the years has transitioned me to more rare cuts. She likes it pretty rare, a little more than me. But I am fine now with anything from med rare to fairly well done. I usually order medium and that will get me within the ball park of how I like it. If it comes out a little more rare than that I am fine with it and if it comes out a little more done than that I'm fine with that also.
We usually just buy our meat from the grocery store but last year bought a half beef from a local outlet. We have both been pleased with the meat we got, although the butcher has a different view on the cuts of meat we are accustomed to from the grocery store. |
