The poor cat is just trying to get the anti-fungal spray out of it's ears.
If he's a housecat, it's plenty time to let him back in the house.
When I was a kid, sometimes our heifers would get ringworm. The cure was to double up the vitamins in the next batch of ground feed, always seemed to take care of it.
