I keep some Dinty Moore beef stew and Progresso Beef Barley soup for the days when I haven't had anything to eat all day and don't feel like peeling potatoes, etc. Dump the stew into a kettle and put some bread in the toaster. It's not 5 star restaurant food, but it tastes pretty good when the weather is cold.
