| Is your old cable intact? It can be reused with a new antenna. If @gpdude is correct, your cable will have a TNC connector on the antenna end, which is a standard connector. The BT-152 or BT-300s antennas (find em on ebay or the usual chinese websites like aliexpress) come with that connector by default. About $100. Comes with a 5/8" threaded mounting hole on the underside. You might need to make a mount for it, but that's not too difficult with a bolt. These survey antennas are not helical antennas like the MBA-7, but in my experience they work pretty well, comparable to others in the industry.
Any store that sells and services VHF radio equipment should be able to make up cables with any end you require. Just tell them it's for a GPS antenna, show them what the ends are on your monitor and antenna, and they'll use the right coax and crimp things on for you.
