South Central MN | check out photomove. I used to to clean up 40k photos that were scattered across 4 laptops and multiple memory cards/sticks. It'll check through multiple levels of folders, and then sort the pics according to parameters you choose. It'll also check exif data to see if identically named photos are actually identical or not. It isn't actual de-duplication software because it doesn't scan each pic digitally to check for matches, but that'd take forever. Using just exif data has really cleaned up my photo storage.
