Try it without the baskets . Bet it won't break then. We found the extra weight in the raised position and on some rough terrain or a wash and even headlands would make it bounce and eventually crack and or break bolts. the tube or the casting. Our harrow raised with the gangs by resting on the press wheel arm , not sure about your baskets
