Excellent advise. Think about it as you put your faith in an Internet "Dr." on social media.
and you can put all your faith in the drug peddling dr's that want to push statin drugs and all the really bad drugs with dozens of side affects, I've personally seen some very good people screwed up by prescription drugs prescribed by a dr without any regard to diet or exercise, I seen Ativan prescribed to someone with insomnia that was drinking quite a few rockstar type drinks a day, He ended up getting a dui because he blacked out on Ativan, I asked if the dr questioned him on dietary habits, he said no, I have dozens of similar type events and people wonder why i am skeptical of alot of this. don't get me wrong there are tons of great dr's but just because they are a dr doesn't necessarily mean they are doing what's best for people
