Excellent advise. Think about it as you put your faith in an Internet "Dr." on social media.
Have you stopped to consider by giving advice against something and also for something, let's say against certain proven/unproven drugs and in support of shots, that you yourself are giving advice?
Telling someone NOT TO jump off a bridge is advice just as telling someone TO jump off a bridge.
Not saying you can't have an opinion, obviously we all do...
