well it wont be as easy as diesel to diesel. because of starter, fuel tank, and throttle linkage. not sure on fan shroud, or tach ratio
holes are in frame rails. it bolts right in. 300 series and 400 series take same frames. and I have to tell you I dont know for SURE the gas had the same rail, would check parts book. clutch same but will need diesel flywheel
