45th parallel MI | I grow just a little fresh market snap beans and dry edibles.
Went from 16” rows to 32” and then back to 16”.
Canopy never closed with 32” and I got a late flush of broadleaf that made harvest horrible. I am set up for 16” cultivation anyway and found I could sneak in slow (3mph) and clean up the last flush just as the canopy was closing.
Idk how that translates to hundreds or thousands of acres | |
