You might want to watch this video on vitamin D3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbGug3rczx4 It is 10 minutes and followed by a 40 some minutes of extra explanation on how vitamin D3 helps keep us healthy. It may be too late to help those already sick but you need to start taking it ASAP.
