I like it when threads are updated so thought I would. Wife and I are probably about 75% after a week or so still no energy but coughing pretty much is gone. My next question is, we are scheduled for the booster shot this week and doctor said go ahead with it. It seems to me that it would not be necessary and we should wait. What are your thoughts? Thanks
I would wait at least two months, probably 3-4 months.
That's based on what various researchers currently studying the immune response are saying.
Right now, your immune system is fully activated against all parts of the virus. Your lymph nodes are doing research on the best T- and B- cells to maintain for long-term defense. Let them alone for at least a month. In 2-6 months, you can "re-challenge" them and induce a bit more research. But right now will only mess up the current activity. |
