western mn | We picked up a brine kit and brined two chickens and some legs for 24 hours, then put them on the pellet grill, and they turned out really good, but I'm curious, how long can I brine some poultry, it was good but could've had more flavor from the brine. I'm sure there's a point of over brining, but has anybody brined a bird for 3 days, it sits in a refrigerator and stays chilled,but I am new to brining so I thought I'd ask for some professional opinions...
