Might have to have the parts guy call the warehouse and talk to a person vs just ordering on the computer.

This spring when I lost a hydraulic pump the computer automatically substituted to a reman part number when the part number for a new pump (7 in stock at warehouse) was entered. Parts guy had to call the warehouse to get the correct pump.
