Take the panel off the bottom of the cab and clean the condensers. This will help considerably with air flow as well. Probably could use a new seal kit as well. Then throw the screws that hold it in place away and get some 1" self tapping screws and reset it.
There is also an updated compressor if it hasnt been done already.
