Possible too open on concave and the cobs are tumbling? Just a guess. Also, does it have the variable speed pulley, can speed up header? The hydraulic hose for bean reel height connects to different line for that. I also run a 6 row on R62 and i'm told to "keep it full" , but not sure that will help.
