Subject: Corn sample with gleaner r series

New machine to us. Getting too much small cob pieces etc in the corn sample.

Corn is 22%, concave set to 12, rotor rat 270rpm, fan at 6, air foil chaffer and sieve wide open. What can I do to clean up sample.

Also, it’s an r72 with only a 6 row on it and it seems to be stripping stocks at not even a very fast ground speed. Thinking we need to change sprockets to speed up header and also do the calmer mod to the rollers (cut the knives)?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
