I just read where Cali just banned all off road small gas engines. Chain saws and lawn mowers are included so I guess dirt bikes, UTVs, etc.
I think off road vehicles are excluded for now. Except for golf carts. Anything else under 25 horse can't be gas powered. Generators are supposed to be zero emissions by a certain year, I don't understand how that can even be possible.
