North of London | Yes not much chance of another explosion as I understand since the one blew up the buildings that likely trapped enough to create the explosion.
I see one explanation is natural gas seeping into a 'cave' below ground until it builds enough pressure to escape through the soil then when pressure is released it settles in to gradually guild up pressure again.
Incidents have been around 40 days apart, this being the 4th one.
Just a real annoyance for those living near the site.
i expect some have been out of their homes for ,most of the summer now.
If the radar can locate the pocket I suppose they will be able to 'tap' it and control the leak, maybe add it to the gas supply.
Suppose that will reduce the cost of gas and propane?
Neighbour told me this morning that he is not going to start up his dryer which uses propane.
Going to haul corn to commercial elevator on gas and haul back his dry corn for his birds, cheaper than propane which hs does not have price locked in on. | |
