Near-north Ontario, French River | I'm in my bunker waiting things out LOL.. nah.. all kidding aside , I don't think there is presently a risk of explosion as the gas is leaking into the open air. They are apparently using ground scanning radar ( or what ever the proper term is ) to try to find the source of the leak. If its an old well head I wouldnt imagine it would be that hard to locate with the proper equipment but if the gas is simply coming up through fissures in the bed rock it may be extremely hard to find the 'leak', and remedy the situation.
