Milford, IL | Maybe you are correct, most of the people I grew up with had stay at home mothers. Health insurance is a problem for sure, most of my friends with children, at least one works full time for an employer that provides health insurance. From my perspective, 50% of my group of high school friends have a spouse that stays home to care for children. I realize that my 8 HS friends is a small sample size, and the 4 that have a spouse that stays home are very well paid. 2 that have a working spouse are also well paid. | |
