Looks like if you get fired from your job, because of refusing to get Covid shot. Remedy is triple damages under I:LL law passed in 1997. Was unanimously approved by Senate and only two no votes in house.
Minimum damages is $2500 per violation, plus other party is required to pay court costs and your attorney fees.
