| My choice is keeping my natural defense system healthy via diet, exercise and supplement (vit and mineral). Had Covid, took nothing(drugs), just rest, I survived. I will continue going about normal life and exposures that come with that. I'm going to rely on my immune system to do it's job. I'm not sold on the gene therapy "vaccine" . Everyone else can do whatever they believe is best for themselves.
I'm 100% convinced the real epidemic is deficiencies that weaken our bodies ability to defend.
