When you are connected to the Drive and change the field to look at another map it will always ask if you want to make that field active. The reason for that is that some people have overlapping boundaries, or fields inside of fields, and they need a way to set specific fields active to get their data mapping into the right fields.
It is pretty easy to move harvest and planting maps from one field into anther. Cloudsync from the Cab App to get the data to show up on the website, log into, click “settings” then “Fix Data”. Select Harvest or planting and the relevant year, then check the field(s) that got activated by accident and click “Reprocess Spatially”. That will send the maps to the Data Inbox where FieldView will assign the data to fields based on the GPS boundaries. You can confirm what goes into each field before importing it. Be aware that it can take some time for your data to show up online after cloudsyncing (generally under 24hrs) and Reprocessing the data can take 10-15 minutes before it shows up in the data inbox.
