Subject: A beer...or two, and steam sauna session

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
for three evenings in a row cures/prevents covid.

1...Preheat sauna to a minimum temperature of 120*F absolute minimum, and wet down inside walls and bench....hotter is better, but less tolerable for many people.

2...Drink a beer before sauna...home brew is best if you can stand to drink the family home brew recipe.

3...Head out to sauna with two, 2.5 gallon buckets of water, one cold, one warm, take first 15 minute heat/steam, pouring cold water on the rocks at whatever time interval you are able to tolerate. Pouring a little cold water over your head on occasion will help stimulate a small immune system response.

4...Head outside to completely cool off to fully activate/stimulate your immune response system, by rolling in the snow, sitting/standing in the rain/cold water sprinkler, or jumping in a lake or pool which will trigger a greater immune system response and increase blood flow.

5...Return to sauna and take at least another 15 minutes of heat/steam...washing/rinsing hair, and body using the warm bucket of water is optional at this time.

6...Thoroughly rinse the sauna floor/interior, and throw any remaining water on the rocks, staying in sauna as long as tolerable in the now almost scalding heat.

7...Repeat step four.

8...Return to house, rinse off quickly in the shower if you did not wash/rinse in sauna, and rehydrate with another beer while watching the 10:00 pm local weather.

9...Leave a pee, go to bed and sleep soundly if you haven't already fell sound asleep in the recliner, or on the couch while watching the local weather...you may want to skip watching the weather and just rehydrate, leave a pee, and go to bed if you are feeling overly relaxed.

Some side effects people may experience from sauna treatment are.

1..You may or may not experience the urge to pass gas while taking sauna..let it fly if you do.

2...Your sinuses will clear/run, and you will experience the urge to clear your running nose, and spit...use a recycled plastic coffee container to expel into if sauning with unlike minded partner/partners, if sauning by yourself or with like minded partner/partners just expel in the floor drain and rinse thoroughly when finished with sauna treatment.

3...If you sauna naked (the preferred method) you may offend nosey neighbors if located by a road or if sauna is located in close proximity of nosey neighbors...that's the nosy neighbors problem.

I try take sauna treatment every Friday, or Saturday night as preventative treatment for covid, and relief of muscle/joint pain, and other common ailments. Having a hot/cold running shower in the sauna greatly increases the efficiency of the sauna treatment...sitting on a towel is proper sauna etiquette.

I advise nothing. Only discuss.
