CMD you must also be a Finn?185 degrees is the tops for me.You know its hot enough when you feel if you are being burned by your breathes exhale on ones skin.As kids that was how we goofed off in the sauna.I believe there are several benefits on a hot sauna,lots of it is the quiet solitude sort of meditation ish.
