Yes - I can only speak for my corn, but it is typical of that around me. Now 21% and 43 Test is the first corn I have taken off for feed. I chopped silage and it looked good but the kernals are somewhat hollow. My friends in central IL (christian co) are seeing lower yields that they thought will low quality. A lot of down corn there as well.
Weld the bin doors.
